| Bio: | Updating the bio again, weeeee! I tend to get a little excited with my info, as you would have been able to tell if you'd seen the verbal diarrhea that was here before, but I've decided to shorten it down and make it more pertinent.
Okay, so where to begin? I AM A BIG, BIG DORK. I love to roleplay and I think about sex far too often and my major ambition in life is to be a dork and have fun with it until the day I die. I'm the proud owner of an optimistic disposition that's been tempered by cynicism, sarcasm and snark into something more akin to realism, but all that means is that, although I know both the good and the bad of a situation exist, I'd rather only see the good, so I filter out the rest.
I've got all the passion and flare and confidence of your typical fire sign, and the ego and eccentricity too. I calls myself a Super Sagittarius, because 5 aspects of my chart are under the Archer's rule. I'm philosophical, curious, analytical and tolerant... my journey in this lifetime is on the path of knowledge, and with knowledge comes understanding and enlightenment. Am I headed for Nirvana? Probably not; I'd rather keep living lifetime after lifetime and learning all that I possibly can.
I'm a very spiritual person, but I don't subscribe to any of the major world mythologies of past or present. I enjoy religious mythology the way historians enjoy learning about Greece or Rome... I'm fascinated by the tales and stories, but I don't believe them. Which is why I'm absolutely not religious - as far as I'm concerned, religion is a culmination of spiritual faith and belief in the mythology and dogma of a particular sect. Spirituality transcends religion, and I haven't found a religion yet that made any sense to me whatsoever.
I'm not a private person at all. My life is an open book and I invite anyone and everyone to come take a look. The only things I lock are my art and writing, and only sometimes, usually because I haven't finished it yet and I don't want it sitting out for the world to see before it's done. Add me if you want, just let me know so I can add you back. I love new friends!
The only rule I have on this journal is CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE. Any of my icons are up for grabs - if I've made them, just slap up my username next to them, and if someone else did, please put theirs. If you want to use my fanart for something, that's cool, just don't take credit for the image! That's pretty much common courtesy, isn't it?
